Author Guidelines for Books & Edited Volumes
Notation TrendPlus Publication welcomes book manuscripts and chapter contributions that advance knowledge, interdisciplinary research, and practical applications across diverse fields. Authors and editors are encouraged to follow these guidelines to ensure smooth processing and high-quality publications.
1. Types of Books We Publish

2. Book Proposal Submission
Prospective editors or authors must submit a book proposal including:

3. Chapter Submission Guidelines
Format Requirements

File Format: MS Word (.docx)

Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing

Length: 5000–8000 words (including references, figures, and tables)

Abstract: 150–250 words with 4–6 keywords

Headings: Use clear hierarchical headings (1.0, 1.1, 1.1.1)

4. Figures, Tables, and Illustrations

Submit figures in high resolution (JPEG/PNG/TIFF, 300 DPI or higher).

Tables must be editable, not images.

Authors must obtain permissions for reused material.
5. References

6. Editorial and Peer Review Process

All submitted chapters undergo initial editorial screening followed by double-blind peer review.

Editors may request revisions for clarity, accuracy, or formatting compliance.

The editorial board has the right to reject chapters not meeting academic or ethical standards.
7. Ethical Considerations

Submissions must comply with our Publication Ethics, Plagiarism Policy, and Peer Review Policy.

Maximum similarity index allowed: 10–15% (excluding references).

Research involving humans/animals must include ethics approval details where applicable.
8. Publication Charges

Chapter Processing Charges (CPC) or Book Publication Charges (BPC) may apply.

Waivers/discounts are available for students, early-career researchers, and authors from developing countries.
9. Copyright & Licensing

Authors retain copyright and publish under Creative Commons (CC BY 4.0 preferred).

Authors may reuse their work in future publications with proper citation.
